  • I-Acoustic is a noise-absorbent timber acoustic panel system for walls and ceilings which, due to its unbeatable acoustics and aesthetic qualities, the warmth of the material and its easy installation, is ideal for acoustically treating all kinds of areas such as theatres, auditoriums, offices, hotels, conference rooms, restaurants and lobby areas etc.
  • I-Acoustic is available in either a melamine wood veneer finish, real wood veneer finish or RAL painted finish.
  • Unlike cheaper import imitations which require on site lacquering to upgrade to Class0 (thus often rendering the acoustic perforations useless) our panels can be supplied in a Class0 Fire Rating thus saving substantial labour time.
  • All I-Acoustic panels are available with 2mm, 3mm or 4mm groove widths.
  • I-Acoustic Wall Panel sizes are 2430mm x 160mm x 16mm thick with the backs of the panels covered with a black acoustically transparent scrim material.
  • Narrow 128mm wide panels can be supplied for curved wall/ceiling applications
  • Our standard melamine and wood veneer finishes are shown below. However, we can also provide for specific requests so please contact our Technical Department for other options if they are not shown.
  • MDF is our standard core material but the product can also be produced in plywood or HPL Phenolic Compact.

I-AcousticFLEX - Curved Timber Perforated Acoustic Panel Systems

I-AcousticFLEX panels provide the possibility of creating different curved surfaces which attach, depending on the slat width, to different curvature radii. In addition, I-Acoustic panels can offer a particular solution via special slats which can realise longitudinal curvature for bends from 1.5m of radius.

Curves can be concave or convex and for more complicated geometry we can provide template 'ribs'. Depending on which way the panel slots are running, the curved surface will be either formed with multiple staggered straight edges or, for the opposite orientation, the curve can be formed to be completely smooth.

IMPORTANT Installation and Maintenance Recommendations
  • The panels must be stored and installed in dry, moisture-free areas at a temperature between 18°C and 25°C. (Note: the original packaging does NOT protect the material from rain or moisture).
  • Do not place any loads on the packaged material.
  • The product is for interior installation only. Premises must be weathertight and suitably habitable and the panels must have been acclimatised in the space where they will be installed for a minimum of 24 hours before installation.
  • We recommend installation joints every 6-7 m².
  • The premises must not be subject to sudden changes in temperature or humidity, as the panels require constant climate conditions all year round.
  • Room temperature must always be between 18°C and 25°C, and relative humidity between 40% and 60%.
  • Use only a damp cloth to clean the panels. Never apply products with chemical agents.
  • Natural wood products may show variations in colours, shades and grey tones.
